Our Mission:

their financial goals. We strive to provide the best services possible while maintaining long-term financial stability.”

Membership Qualifications:
You qualify to be a member of our Credit Union if you are an employee or retiree of Cognis, Illinois; an employee of the Cognis Credit Union, Kankakee, Illinois; an employee or retiree of Henkel Corporation, Illinois; an employee of Sun Chemical, Kankakee, Illinois; an employee of Micro Inks, Kankakee, Illinois; Parishioners of St. Martin Parish, Kankakee, Illinois; an employee of IKO Midwest, Inc., Kankakee, Illinois; an employee of School Districts 53, 61 and 307 or of the Kankakee Area Career Center who work in Bradley or Bourbonnais, Illinois; Special Education teachers employed by Kankakee County Co-op who work in School Districts 53, 61, and 307 in Bradley or Bourbonnais, Illinois; employees of the following groups who work in Bourbonnais, Illinois: (1) United Developmental Services, or (2) Olivet Nazarene University; employees of the Kankakee County Training Center for the Disabled, Inc., who work in Bradley Illinois; and family members of otherwise eligible persons; family members are defined as: spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. This also includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptions. And “Household Members” are people living in the same residence as a single economic unit.

Before your membership can be activated, the credit union must receive:

• Proof of Identification
• Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
• Signed Application (notarized if mailed to credit union)
• $25.00 minimum deposit
